Provide administrative and facilities support for HR and the office: manage calls/mail/supplies/vendors, reconcile invoices, maintain org charts and contact lists, assist onboarding and HR events, coordinate visitors and maintenance, and support ad-hoc departmental projects.

Manage real estate escrow transactions from preliminary order to post-closing: obtain and clear title, prepare and review closing documents and Closing Disclosure, collect signatures, balance and disburse funds, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Forecast staffing needs, create capacity plans, assign trained hires to operations, audit staffing allocations, use workforce management tools for scheduling, monitor WFM KPIs, implement efficiency strategies, and train staff on workforce management best practices.
