Full‑stack product engineer role with backend emphasis: build scalable Node.js services, develop React + TypeScript UIs (React Router v7), design APIs (tRPC/OpenAPI), optimize PostgreSQL queries and data pipelines, improve observability and infrastructure, write well‑tested code, and contribute to architecture and engineering practices in a fintech product.

Advises organizational leaders, supports community and business objectives, manages multiple projects, and coaches one direct report.

Assists Engineering Technology instructors with laboratory activities, demonstrations, projects, and hands-on student work. Supports students, prepares equipment and materials, maintains clean and organized labs and electrical stockrooms, manages inventory, demonstrates safe tool and equipment use, and reinforces laboratory safety procedures.

Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and design scalable edge-based computer vision solutions. Translate customer needs into technical requirements, integrate hardware and software components, and advise on deployment, security, APIs, data handling, and model inference. Lead product demonstrations and proofs of concept, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer feedback and improvements. The role requires strong communication, computer vision and machine learning knowledge, cloud and edge infrastructure experience, programming skills, and approximately 40% travel.

The Account Director will manage and grow customer accounts, focusing on upsells and long-term value while collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.

Supports compensation programs through salary benchmarking, market research, HR reporting, annual merit and incentive planning, records administration, audits, and process improvement. Maintains confidential compensation information in Workday and other HR platforms while collaborating with HR, payroll, talent acquisition, finance, and business leaders. The role is intended for recent graduates or early-career professionals developing an HR compensation career.

Manages daily operations of an affordable or multifamily housing community, including leasing, occupancy, resident income verification, inspections, collections, compliance, vendor oversight, maintenance coordination, inventory, payments, and personnel supervision. Ensures adherence to Fair Housing laws, HUD and tax credit requirements, and company policies while maintaining a clean, safe community and positive relationships with residents, vendors, law enforcement, and community members.

Support the CEO by managing calendars, communications, domestic and international travel, meeting preparation, expenses, vendors, follow-ups, and special initiatives. The role requires exceptional discretion, judgment, organization, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment. This is an in-person position based in New York City.
