Gathers requirements, designs scalable enterprise solutions, creates blueprints and architecture documentation, guides project teams, communicates with technical and business stakeholders, supports upgrades, evaluates third-party solutions, and contributes to project estimates and sales proposals. The role is client-facing, remote, and requires up to 25% travel across the United States and Canada.

The role also builds new producer relationships, participates in industry events, and collaborates with merchandising, accounting, logistics, and facility teams.
