Serve as a technical advisor for prospects and customers, conducting product demonstrations, designing solutions, troubleshooting, building proof-of-concepts, and supporting deal closure. Collaborate with Growth, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to communicate customer requirements, create technical sales resources, and enable broader teams. The role is fully onsite five days per week in downtown San Francisco.

Leads federal IT budget formulation and execution, including annual budget requests, Congressional Budget Justifications, PPBE documentation, multi-year financial plans, spend tracking, variance analysis, and responses to Department and OMB data calls. Prepares dashboards, briefings, exhibits, and governance materials; ensures accurate, compliant, timely deliverables; and mentors junior budget analysts. The role is performed onsite at a Washington, DC client location.

Provides executive and departmental administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, correspondence, records management, travel arrangements, expenses, purchasing, deadline tracking, and communications. The role also supports projects and events, maintains confidentiality, improves office processes, and responsibly uses generative AI to draft, summarize, research, analyze, automate, and organize administrative work.

Assists with daily multifamily community operations, including leasing, marketing, resident service, rent collection, accounting, lease administration, reporting, and tax-credit compliance. Maintains Yardi and resident records, supports move-ins, move-outs, renewals, certifications, and resident events, and acts as onsite supervisor when the Community Manager is absent. The role requires collaboration with accounting, compliance, resident relations, housing authorities, and other departments while ensuring regulatory and company-policy compliance.

Monitor and contact internet leads, identify customers’ automotive needs, schedule appointments with sales associates, follow up with former customers, maintain customer relationships, and complete daily tasks while collaborating with the team.

Prospect into IT and security teams through calls, email, LinkedIn, and multichannel sequences; qualify leads, uncover disaster recovery needs, book meetings for account executives, maintain CRM data, test messaging, and contribute to outbound playbook development.

Guide new clients through software implementation, including kickoff meetings, project planning, platform configuration, data coordination, training, launch support, and early adoption. Manage timelines, milestones, documentation, and risks while coordinating clients and internal teams. Conduct post-launch health reviews, identify adoption barriers, create scalable onboarding resources, and improve implementation processes. Support client events, feedback collection, renewals, and expansion through successful implementation outcomes.

Manage moderate-complexity workers’ compensation and casualty claims, including investigations, coverage determinations, litigation oversight, negotiations, settlements, reserves, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate with defense counsel, underwriting, vendors, and internal teams; identify adverse developments; maintain reporting and procedural compliance; develop action plans; participate in agent meetings; and support training and development of claims examiners.

Own NowSecure’s digital marketing engine across paid search, paid social, SEO, AI-powered discovery, website performance, conversion optimization, content journeys, and LinkedIn. Manage agencies and media budgets, analyze funnel and attribution data, improve landing pages and content experiences, and lead experimentation to increase qualified demand, pipeline, and revenue. Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, product marketing, and operations teams while applying AI tools and workflows to improve marketing effectiveness.

Conducts end-to-end integration testing for a single-molecule protein sequencing platform. Troubleshoots hardware, software, firmware, optics, fluidics, reagents, consumables, and workflow issues through structured root-cause analysis. Develops test plans and protocols, analyzes instrument and sequencing data, supports verification, validation, characterization, and reliability testing, and documents findings. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering, R&D, applications, operations, and customer-facing teams to improve system performance, workflow robustness, commercialization readiness, and field support.
