Leads organic census and revenue growth for IDD services by developing referral pipelines, building relationships with state agencies, managed care organizations, hospitals, schools, and community partners, and converting opportunities into new services, homes, and programs. Partners with internal teams to remove admission barriers and achieve measurable growth targets, including referral conversion, census growth, revenue growth, and geographic expansion.

Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations reporting to the controller: manage AP and vendor payments; prepare journal entries and reconciliations; maintain fixed assets records; support NetSuite automation and SQL queries; manage budgets, forecasts, Board reporting, tax filings, treasury and borrowing base reporting; assist revenue cycle AR and cash analyses across 12 states.

Monitor and analyze intrusion detection alerts, firewall events, network traffic, and host logs to identify and report cyber events. Develop mitigations to strengthen network defenses across wired, wireless, cloud, IoT, and collaborative systems. Apply analytical techniques to investigate and enrich data, document findings and tradecraft, and communicate insights to technical, government, military, contractor, and intelligence stakeholders.
