Retrieves and verifies information from online databases and documents, enters data, investigates discrepancies, updates order statuses, communicates with clients and external sources, and handles confidential records. The role also monitors system changes and tracks productivity remotely or in an office setting.

Supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, payment processing, deposits, contract billing, expense reimbursements, credit card administration, and financial recordkeeping. Responsibilities include design, coding, testing, deployment, defect analysis, performance improvements, interface upgrades, validation, troubleshooting, code reviews, release activities, requirements gathering, effort estimation, and mentoring engineers. The role collaborates with distributed internal teams and supports quality assurance while working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Supports 24/7 SOC monitoring and response by triaging alerts, validating potential incidents, conducting initial investigations, reviewing vulnerabilities, and escalating threats. Uses SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, vulnerability scanners, and antivirus tools to analyze logs and identify compromise. Documents findings, follows response playbooks, assists with remediation verification, contributes to detection tuning and trend analysis, and collaborates with senior analysts and engineering teams.
