Leads Lean, continuous improvement, and industrial engineering initiatives across manufacturing and business operations. Responsibilities include operational data analysis, waste elimination, labor optimization, capacity modeling, workflow and layout optimization, value stream mapping, bottleneck analysis, standard work, and change management. Leads product strategy and execution across supplier onboarding, supplier risk management, audit and recovery, APIs, AI capabilities, and supplier-facing platforms. Manages product managers, prioritizes the portfolio roadmap, drives customer discovery, pricing and packaging, product metrics, configuration strategy, and executive communication. Partners with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and AI leadership to align delivery with customer and business value.

Administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, Azure, networks, endpoints, and virtual servers. Provide hands-on end-user support, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, manage patching, backups, deployments, and security controls. Develop PowerShell scripts and Power Automate workflows, support cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, document procedures, and contribute to infrastructure and technology improvement projects.

Maintains corporate financial records, prepares journal entries and financial statements, reconciles accounts, supports consolidations, audits, budgeting, forecasting, and SOX controls. Handles oil and gas accounting activities including ARO, DD&A, revenue, JIB, and production accounting. Improves accounting workflows and ensures accurate, compliant reporting.

Manage and retain healthcare facility accounts in the long-term care and senior living sectors. Serve as the primary liaison between clinical teams and partners, coordinate meetings, track facility needs, relay feedback to leadership, and use CRM data to improve service quality and client satisfaction. Build trusted relationships with administrators and healthcare decision-makers throughout the community.

Manage multiple subsurface imaging and utility locating projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include coordinating field teams, staffing, schedules, budgets, contracts, safety compliance, billing, progress reporting, client meetings, technical reviews, change-order calculations, proposals, and project profitability. The role also provides staff leadership, mentoring, training, technical guidance, client and agency liaison, public presentations, and marketing support for Certerra Subsurface.

Provides customer-focused technical support for end users, including installing hardware and software, troubleshooting PC applications and equipment, managing support tickets, documenting resolutions, creating training manuals and knowledge base articles, and participating in on-call and after-hours maintenance activities.
