Work through a backlog of unconverted marketing leads using phone, AI-assisted LinkedIn prospecting, and persistent outreach. Qualify prospect interest, arrange well-prepared handoffs to Account Executives, maintain accurate CRM records, and share prospect feedback with Sales and Marketing. The role requires three years of desktop support experience, after-hours on-call participation, and strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, Office 365, SCCM, and desktop operating systems.

Provides high-level administrative, calendar, travel, meeting, board, event, and project support to executive leaders. Manages confidential information, coordinates leadership activities, prepares agendas and presentations, tracks action items, conducts research, supports office operations, and improves administrative workflows. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, communication, organization, and proficiency with business productivity tools. It is primarily onsite in Hollywood, California, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Own tactical media planning and execution for a tourism account, including channel plans, budgets, flighting, MAFs, specifications, creative calendars, invoice reconciliation, and vendor contracts. Maintain accurate campaign documentation, track performance and scope changes, coordinate cross-functional handoffs, and ensure budgets and materials remain aligned. The role independently manages day-to-day planning while escalating strategic or scope issues appropriately.

Lead data engineering initiatives supporting analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence teams. Design complex data warehouse and data lake models, manage large-scale SQL and Python ETL/ELT pipelines, maintain data quality and lifecycle standards, and translate strategic priorities into actionable projects. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architectural guidance, project planning, and cross-functional collaboration with product, infrastructure, and architecture teams.

Lead and mature the companys information security program: maintain ISMS and certifications, run SOC operations (SIEM/EDR), integrate security into SDLC, manage vulnerability and incident response, oversee third-party/vendor risk, conduct security testing and training, and support regulatory cybersecurity QMS documentation and submissions for FDA, EU MDR, NIST standards.
