Own post-sale technical relationships for public sector customers, driving onboarding, adoption, optimization, integrations, renewals, and expansion. Lead product demonstrations, solve technical issues, maintain account documentation, understand customer environments, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams. The field-based role involves some travel and requires software pre- or post-sales experience, technical knowledge, customer orientation, and familiarity with performance monitoring tools.

Troubleshoot scalability, stability, and critical production issues; collaborate with product and customer-facing teams; lead projects, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, including configuration, automation, user access, security, data governance, reports, dashboards, deployments, troubleshooting, and user support. Train and onboard users, document processes, assess release impacts, use AI assistants, and collaborate with stakeholders on system improvements and strategic initiatives within an Agile team.

Owns the full lifecycle of learning and development programs, including needs analysis, curriculum design, delivery, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, tuition reimbursement administration, and evaluation. The role develops management and professional development initiatives, facilitates learning sessions, manages program logistics, and uses data and feedback to improve outcomes. It partners with HR business partners, subject matter experts, learning designers, and external vendors to align programs with business priorities and employee development needs.

Lead the technical strategy, architecture, quality, reliability, security, and scalability of Rain’s approximately 50-person engineering organization. Oversee critical payment, wallet, ledger, settlement, and partner-integration systems; establish engineering standards, SLOs, incident practices, and developer tooling; review high-impact designs; and develop engineering managers and technical leads. Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, leadership, board members, banking partners, and customers while planning for significant transaction-volume growth.

Serves as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, and technology teams. Leads technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, and evaluations using HERE data, APIs, mapping, routing, spatial analytics, cloud, AI, and enterprise integration. Partners with Sales to qualify opportunities, reduce technical risk, develop proposals and reusable presales assets, and guide customers toward location-intelligence solutions.
