Answer multi-line phones, greet and assist customers, route calls, and provide administrative support. Maintain accounting schedules, perform basic reconciliations, create spreadsheets, enter data into the general ledger, and complete general office duties. Build IPC/messaging interfaces, optimize data structures and Protobuf serialization, deploy containerized services on Kubernetes (Argo/Helm) in GCP, and implement observability, testing with historic/simulated data, and end-to-end O&M.

The Administrative Assistant III will support daily operations at the San Francisco Peninsula Campus, assist faculty and staff, manage communications, and oversee administrative procedures.

Supports HR operations by managing employee data, personnel records, payroll inquiries, recruitment screening, policy interpretation, employment transactions, recognition programs, compliance documentation, correspondence, data entry, and HR reporting. Advises employees and managers on HR policies, employment law, and workplace procedures while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.

Leads reliability improvements for refinery equipment and instrumentation, including root cause analysis, vulnerability studies, reliability road maps, bad actor programs, failure-data analysis, maintenance strategy optimization, obsolescence planning, and defect-elimination projects. Partners with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to address reliability risks and improve equipment availability across pumps, compressors, motors, gauges, transmitters, and switches.

The Regulatory Compliance & Quality Manager will lead compliance activities, manage certifications, and improve Teguar's Quality Management System. Responsibilities include regulatory liaison and supporting audits.
