Owns cloud and on-premises infrastructure, networking, security, monitoring, disaster recovery, and end-user computing. Administers Azure, Entra ID, hybrid identity, Palo Alto and Cisco environments, security tools, backups, and connectivity. Leads help desk operations, provides Tier 2/3 escalation support, manages vendors and budgets, develops infrastructure roadmaps, and reports performance metrics. The role also drives cloud modernization, compliance, resiliency, documentation, and continuous operational improvement.
