Program Office Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Office Assistant to support our project management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our programs and gain valuable experience in a dynamic organizational environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating project activities, meetings, and schedules

- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in project management is a plus

- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles
