The Director of Business Intelligence will define and implement the BI strategy, standardize metrics, build data infrastructure, and lead insights and analytics initiatives across CD Baby.

Lead customer success for IT consulting clients: develop journey maps and outcome tracking, monitor CSAT/NSAT/TTV/CLV/CES, coordinate cross-functional teams, reduce churn, expand accounts, resolve escalations, and contribute to CX program development and internal training.

Manage dealership financing and F&I product sales, process and verify all vehicle sale paperwork, secure lender approvals, train sales staff on finance programs, handle collections, regulatory checks, and contract funding to maximize dealer profit and ensure customers receive completed vehicle deliveries.

Provide Tier II IT support and escalation for hardware, software, and applications; install and configure critical applications; maintain patch management, security, and servers; document solutions, mentor junior staff, and drive improvements to support processes and systems.

Manage high-dollar subcontract procurements and SOWs, ensure FAR/DFARS/FAA compliance, negotiate supplier pricing and performance, execute subcontracts and related agreements, support proposal costing, supplier performance reviews, and cross-site (including international) coordination. Travel up to 5–10%.

Manage the wholesale co-op marketing program and support wholesale marketing operations: approve and track budgets, ensure brand-aligned campaigns, distribute assets, coordinate orders and fulfillment, maintain calendars and SOPs, and serve as primary marketing contact for wholesale partners.

Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues across offices, warehouses, and factories. Triage and resolve tickets, perform workstation and device setup/imaging, administer password and account support, update knowledge base, escalate complex issues, participate in on-call rotation, and assist with IT projects and rollouts.

Sell and lease new and used vehicles, meet monthly unit goals (minimum 8/month), follow dealership sales procedures, complete and process paperwork, hand off deals to finance/aftermarket, use CRM for follow-up, attend training, introduce customers to service, and maintain customer satisfaction and professional appearance.

Provide in-office help-desk support for YinzCam's mobile and digital sports apps: respond to client inquiries, reproduce and troubleshoot issues (especially on game-days), proactively verify and test app content and features daily, and coordinate with Engineering and Project Management. Must monitor games/events during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Lead sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio management for public and private technology-focused investments. Build financial models, prepare investment memos, negotiate deal terms, support portfolio companies, and mentor junior team members.
