Provides financial planning and analysis support to senior management through budgeting models, projections, driver-based reporting, profitability analysis, variance commentary, M&A modeling, and operational efficiency reviews. The role also supports board financial presentations, P&L review, month-end close reporting, process improvements, and accounting analysis.

Build and lead InSite Health’s Customer Success function from the ground up. Design scalable processes, playbooks, KPIs, systems, team structures, onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion programs. Advises students and families on financial aid, evaluates and packages aid applications, reviews satisfactory academic progress appeals, certifies loan eligibility, and conducts financial aid workshops. The Customer Business Manager owns profitable growth for assigned Target accounts. Responsibilities include forecasting, P&L and budget management, promotional ROI analysis, pricing and assortment recommendations, customer business planning, retailer negotiations, digital commerce execution, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Trade, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Brand teams.

Onboard and engage suppliers in public procurement programs, guide them through participation, and help promote awarded contracts to government agencies. Lead supplier meetings, webinars, outreach, and virtual events; develop market, account, and marketing plans; maintain CRM follow-through; and coordinate with account management, compliance, enablement, and program success teams. Represent SOVRA at conferences and trade shows with travel of up to 25%.

Provides administrative support to the RATT program leadership and geographically dispersed team. Coordinates schedules, meetings, communications, travel, records, reports, correspondence, and contract deliverables. Maintains program documentation and handles classified materials under security protocols. Requires five years of administrative experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organizational and communication skills, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance. Government contracting or military administrative experience is preferred.

Manages fisheries data requests, develops SQL retrieval and validation scripts, documents business rules and data definitions, produces statistical reports, defines database requirements, creates reusable database objects, and administers user accounts and access policies. The role also coordinates with agencies, researchers, and other stakeholders to resolve data issues and ensure accurate, standardized, timely information for fisheries management and research.
