Manage resident certification processes including initial and annual income recertification, eligibility screening, rent calculation, and inspections. Handle resident requests, maintain compliance with tax credit, HUD Section 8, REAC/MOR rules, and provide administrative support reporting to the Site Manager.

Provide day-to-day indirect (sales and use) tax services including preparing, reviewing, and filing returns; reconciling tax data and GL accounts; responding to notices; supporting tax technology implementations; researching legislative changes; and assisting clients with registrations, refunds, protests, and audit support.

Designs, implements, and supports LAN/WAN, wireless, and cloud networking. Manages Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco Meraki and switching, VPNs, monitoring, troubleshooting, security compliance, and performance optimization while integrating with cloud and IT teams.

Oversee general accounting operations including monthly close, reconciliations, invoicing, bank reconciliations, financial statement and cash flow preparation, support audits and tax filings, maintain ERP/customer ledger, and improve internal controls while mentoring junior staff.

Manage day-to-day client relationships to drive adoption and value realization. Track and analyze usage metrics, identify risks and expansion signals, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain documentation and success plans, and support Account Executives with data-driven handoffs and renewal readiness.
