Report on Pennsylvania education in Philadelphia and surrounding counties, producing 2–3 digital and audio stories weekly. Research, cultivate sources, pitch ideas, file breaking news and features, learn/produce audio, take photos/videos, and promote work on social media while meeting deadlines.

Lead full sales lifecycle for U.S. Intelligence Community accounts: develop account strategies, build multi-stakeholder relationships, drive evaluations to funded deployments, shape capture/acquisition, coordinate internal teams, and maintain pipeline and forecasts to expand adoption of Legion's AI solutions.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts by ensuring satisfaction, reducing churn, identifying renewals/upsells, coordinating with sales, marketing, support and product teams, gathering customer feedback, and representing customers at events and through case studies.

Manage end-to-end monthly participant payouts and revenue share calculations for the OWN Program. Build and maintain financial models and SQL queries for forecasting, reconciliation, and automation. Partner cross-functionally to support equipment tracking, onboarding, reporting, and corporate finance analyses while documenting processes for audit readiness and scalability.

Own product strategy and lifecycle for credit card products: define vision, prioritize requirements, lead cross-functional teams, use data and A/B testing to iterate, and deliver customer-focused features that meet business and revenue goals.

Lead copywriting and concepting for pharma and health brands, translating complex medical/scientific information into persuasive copy across print, digital, social, and motion for HCP and patient audiences. Collaborate with art partners, present work to clients and regulatory teams, and mentor junior creatives.

Serve as a strategic FP&A partner to leadership, leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, variance analysis, and executive/board materials. Support quarterly earnings, integration efforts, automation and analytics improvements, lead and develop FP&A team, and collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, IR, HR, and operations.
