The Quality Engineer will ensure the implementation of the AS9100D quality management system, promote quality culture, collaborate across departments, and oversee project-specific quality for suppliers and internal processes.

Own end-to-end execution, settlement, and reconciliation of whole loan sales, servicing releases, MSR and bulk transactions. Drive revenue by developing and executing strategic sales plans for programmatic CTV advertising. Prospect and close new clients, present solutions, negotiate contracts, forecast business, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage post-sale relationships, attend industry events, and travel regionally to grow and retain accounts.

Participate in a 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program to learn transportation and cross-dock operations, leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills. Train under a mentor, interact with support and service centers, observe sales calls, and occasionally ride along on delivery routes. Completion leads to relocation for a first leadership role in operations.

Own retention, renewals, churn mitigation, and expansion for a portfolio of complex enterprise SaaS customers. Lead commercial negotiations, account planning, forecasting, risk mitigation, and growth initiatives involving payments and new messaging use cases. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Payments, Product, Marketing, Finance, and leadership to drive adoption, revenue retention, expansion ARR, and customer outcomes while maintaining accurate Salesforce data and forecasts.

Drive territory sales by identifying and winning new foodservice accounts, managing key customer relationships, delivering customized solutions, and coordinating cross-department support. Maintain CRM records, forecast opportunities, and execute territory sales strategies while traveling daily across the Greater Philadelphia region.

Execute, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns across major platforms. Develop targeting, creative tests, budget pacing, and performance analyses while partnering with clients and internal teams to drive measurable results.

Support daily HR functions including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing and reconciliation, HRIS data maintenance, benefits administration, compliance audits, timecard approval, manager coaching, and special projects to foster a positive workplace.
