Lead day-to-day product execution for the Digihub pillar across Patient Services, CRM and Provider Tools, and AI and Automation. Translate product vision into shipped products, connect cross-area workflows, apply AI capabilities, contribute to AI evaluation strategy, and align Engineering, AI/ML, design, clinical operations, and patient services. Use direct patient and provider workflow observation to drive improvements and influence the broader product team.

Lead data architecture for projects and data products by translating business requirements into scalable solution designs. Create architecture diagrams, data models, pipeline designs, decision trees, reusable frameworks, and standards. Document bugs with reproduction steps and evidence, participate in live testing sessions, provide English QA reports and usability recommendations, verify fixes, and assess product readiness for compliant market launch.

Provide actuarial leadership and subject-matter expertise for strategic initiatives, proposition development and business change. Lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement, produce impact assessments, governance papers and valuation/model guidance, embed controls, coordinate SME delivery, translate technical concepts for senior audiences, and identify process and control improvements across Finance, Commercial, Risk and Technology.

Manages customer quality claims for manufactured metal products, leading investigations, root cause analysis, containment, corrective actions, and 8D reporting. Collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and warehouse teams to resolve nonconformances and prevent recurrence. Tracks complaint trends, develops quality metrics, maintains documentation, supports audits, and ensures ISO 9001 compliance. Occasional customer travel is required.

Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle: lead onboarding/project management to achieve rapid Time-to-Value, drive adoption and executive relationships, run QBRs, identify upsell opportunities, monitor account health, deliver product demos, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Travel to customer sites as needed.

Develops and executes software evaluation, functional, regression, integration, validation, and compliance tests. Creates test plans, procedures, automation, traceability matrices, and technical documentation; conducts data collection and analysis; reports results; verifies software discrepancies and fixes; and mentors test engineers. The role requires Java development expertise, testing frameworks, CI/CD tools, cloud deployment, security technologies, and SIGINT, IA, or IT domain experience.

Supports financial reporting for multiple entities by maintaining general ledgers, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, processing banking transactions, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. The role researches accounting discrepancies, supports audits and CPA reporting, prepares spreadsheet reports, responds to financial inquiries, and recommends process and reconciliation improvements. It partners with the Controller and may coordinate accounts payable and receivable activities.

Manage end-to-end creative production for integrated digital campaigns: project planning, calendaring, briefs, resource and budget management, client communication, reporting, and delivery of websites, apps and rich media.

Lead suite-level product strategy to drive enterprise acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value for Everway for Work. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and product teams to translate customer and market insight into aligned roadmaps, metrics, go-to-market plans, and value propositions. Represent the suite externally and mentor product managers across constituent products.
