Evaluates warehouse operational processes and internal controls for efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and consistency. Identifies gaps, inefficiencies, and non-compliance, communicates findings, and collaborates with operational teams to implement process improvements. Own Suki’s growth product strategy by defining activation, engagement, and retention metrics; analyzing funnels; building dashboards; instrumenting events; designing experiments; and translating insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities. Partner with Engineering, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and clinical stakeholders to improve clinician adoption and retention in a B2B SaaS healthcare environment.

Provides help desk support to bank branch personnel regarding financial products, account-opening policies, SalesLogix, Lotus Notes, and Safebox. Reviews legal documentation for non-personal accounts and guides branch staff through account openings. Requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization, deadline management, and basic PC and software knowledge. Prior work experience is required, preferably in a financial institution.

Leads the planning, design, and delivery of highway and transportation infrastructure projects for public agency clients. Manages scopes, schedules, budgets, technical teams, and deliverables; oversees roadway, drainage, pavement, intersection, ADA, signing, marking, and traffic-control designs.
