Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce engineering and transformation initiatives, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, governance, Agile ceremonies, releases, UAT, cutover, and stabilization. Coordinate cross-functional and distributed teams while communicating delivery health, risks, decisions, and recovery plans to executives and stakeholders. Develops 2D drawings, 3D models, equipment layouts, structural details, calculations, material requirements, and field weld plans using CAD tools. Provides administrative and business support for two power-generation facilities, including invoice processing, accounts payable, purchase orders, procurement coordination, vendor management, recordkeeping, HR and compliance administration, inventory and fuel tracking, and operational scheduling. The role supports plant outages and daily business activities, maintains accurate accounting and purchasing records, coordinates with vendors and personnel, and prepares reports and documentation.

Administers semi-monthly payroll and employee benefits, maintains Paylocity and confidential employee records, manages employee lifecycle processes, and operates the shared HR inbox. Provides first-line employee-relations support, assists with performance and development programs, supports talent acquisition administration, ensures policy and employment-law compliance, and improves HR processes while delivering responsive employee service.

Supports the full employee lifecycle with primary responsibility for payroll processing, benefits administration, HRIS data management, compliance, employee records, leave administration, and reporting. The coordinator also assists with recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, engagement programs, and employee separations. This role serves as a first point of contact for payroll and benefits questions, reconciles payroll and benefits data, and maintains accurate confidential personnel information.
