Manage commercial insurance clients, provide empathetic customer service, answer questions, resolve complaints, process requests, research issues, and develop solutions. The role also assists with email marketing, responds to program inquiries, coordinates student employee tasks, and supports departmental projects and partnerships. Strong organization, interpersonal communication, customer service, data entry, and confidentiality are essential.

Coordinates private-label hosiery and soft-accessory production from approval through bulk shipping. Serves as liaison among customers, factories, and internal teams; tracks samples, approvals, timelines, documentation, vendor certifications, audits, corrective actions, costing, invoices, and portal data. Supports vendor onboarding and ensures accurate, timely system updates and customer communication.

Requires strong organization, confidentiality, communication, independent judgment, and attention to detail in a busy environment.

Produce and edit longform podcast video episodes and platform-native shortform content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts. Manage Descript and Pro Tools workflows, multi-camera assembly, motion graphics, captions, thumbnails, and publishing. Direct host intros, write and edit scripts, mentor freelance editors and designers, and collaborate with editorial, social, and audience teams. Apply strong news judgment and platform expertise to improve content quality, audience engagement, and performance.

Supports financial advisory operations through office administration, client onboarding, scheduling, meeting coordination, reporting, client communications, facilities requests, supply management, technology liaison duties, and event planning. Maintains professional relationships with clients and employees while helping advisors deliver efficient, high-quality service.

Supports accounts receivable and accounts payable, including payment application, vendor invoice processing, reconciliations, discrepancy research, financial record maintenance, and month-end close activities. Collaborates across departments, maintains supporting documentation, and contributes to accounting process improvements and special projects.
