Executive leader responsible for strategy, growth, and governance of commercial lending, business services, treasury management, and commercial deposits. Oversees credit policy, risk governance, product development, portfolio performance, regulatory compliance, operations, and talent development. Partners with executive leadership, IT, marketing, and audit to drive financial performance, member-focused service, and scalable operational improvements.

Lead and manage all aspects of Swanson Middle School (grades 6-8): provide instructional leadership, oversee staff hiring/evaluation, manage budget and facilities, ensure compliance, build school culture, engage families and community, and drive data-informed school improvement.

Support HR operations for an ABA organization by managing recruitment, onboarding, reporting, compliance, and employee records. Prepare HR dashboards and metrics, coordinate interviews and hiring activities, track training/onboarding timelines, improve HR processes, and collaborate with recruiters, managers, and operations teams.

Manage and administer SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL platforms. Handle backups, archiving, security, performance tuning, ETL/SSIS and cloud data pipelines, and support reporting, DevOps, and application teams. Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer and route calls, inform applicants, greet visitors, manage mail, maintain linen order paperwork and filing, scan and send invoices, and follow office procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish communication required. Reports to HR Manager.

Manage daily property operations, compliance, leasing, finances, resident programs, and community relations. Supervise on-site staff (3+), maintain occupancy, ensure Yardi/accounting accuracy, and deliver resident services and outreach.

Lead a small QA team to perform hands-on manual and exploratory testing across iOS, Android, and web. Design and execute test plans, document and track bugs, partner with Product for sign-off, maintain test case repositories, and coordinate pre-launch bug bashes to ensure features meet release quality.
