Design electrical systems for building construction projects across healthcare, education, commercial, and science facilities. Responsibilities include designing lighting, power distribution, communications, and telecommunications systems; preparing construction documents; specifying equipment; performing quality control; leading engineering meetings and value engineering; reviewing submittals and shop drawings; responding to RFIs; conducting site visits; and mentoring less experienced team members.

Analyzes security-level investment accounting data, maintains GAAP and statutory portfolio values, verifies transactions and corporate actions, reconciles assets, cash, positions, and market values, resolves discrepancies with custodians, prepares internal reports, and supports accounting process improvement initiatives.

Manage and grow key customer accounts by executing strategic account plans, forecasting sales, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating agreements and pricing, and building relationships with decision-makers. Coordinate with marketing, sales agencies, rep groups, and internal teams to deliver revenue and profitability goals. Lead customer meetings, presentations, trade shows, and account strategy while providing direction to assigned sales teams.

Support corporate accounting automation and ERP initiatives by developing, testing, monitoring, and documenting automations and workflows. Collaborate with divisions, assist with SharePoint/Viva Engage, perform basic troubleshooting, learn configuration management, and perform business analysis of manual-to-robot processes while expanding accounting and systems knowledge.

Leads insurance compliance operations covering surplus lines tax and filings, licensing, sanctions and financial crimes controls, regulatory reporting, monitoring, testing, governance, and remediation. Partners with Legal, ERM, Internal Audit, underwriting, finance, and distribution to ensure regulatory alignment. Oversees high-volume processes, regulatory examinations, metrics, policies, controls, and compliance teams while building scalable risk-based operations and developing staff.

Supports day-to-day accounting operations, including month- and year-end close, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, resident billing, audits, budgeting, payroll processing, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role works closely with the Senior Director of Finance and assists residents with invoice questions.

Designs and guides enterprise marketing technology solutions across architecture, integration, implementation, and continuous improvement. Translates business needs into scalable technical designs, develops roadmaps, evaluates technologies, and communicates risks and tradeoffs. Applies AI and machine learning to personalization, customer engagement, analytics, automation, and decision-making. Partners with business and technical stakeholders across complex systems, APIs, data sources, and customer-facing platforms.

Own end-to-end business analyses, financial models, forecasts, KPI dashboards, and executive recommendations. Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, identify operational bottlenecks, improve processes, and coordinate special projects from kickoff through delivery. Work directly with founders and executives in a fully remote environment, communicating complex analysis clearly and driving insights into action.

Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes; prepare WIP schedules using percentage-of-completion accounting; maintain job-cost accounting; reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements; and support audits, tax filings, bonding requests, and lender reporting. Partner with project managers on cost forecasts, margin tracking, and change orders while ensuring compliance with GAAP and construction accounting standards.
