Manage online vehicle leads and sales processes: structure and desk deals, submit to lenders, ensure compliance with laws and lender requirements, prepare paperwork, close deals, audit team deals post-sale, and drive financing and F&I product presentations to maximize profitability and funding.

Create and execute digital marketing assets (email campaigns, website updates, social visuals, infographics), support UX/visual designers, perform QA and content population, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure on-brand communications.

Design and produce digital and print marketing materials, manage and update websites and social media, create and edit video/animation, oversee vendors and print production, track asset performance, maintain brand consistency, and manage multiple projects from concept to delivery.
