Prospect into assigned accounts using phone, email, and social selling; qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and set appointments for account executives. Track interactions in CRM, follow up diligently, and share prospect insights with marketing to improve campaigns.

Process and verify vendor invoices and employee expense reports, code GL entries, prepare check and ACH payment batches, reconcile vendor statements, prepare 1099s and sales/use tax returns, assist month-end close, support audits, maintain AP documentation, and provide AP-related client support. Use Deltek Vantagepoint/PAT and ERP tools.

Lead and operate a new Saltbox location in Elmhurst, IL: own occupancy, revenue, member retention, team hiring and development, operational standards, SOPs, and vendor/labor budgets. Build systems pre-opening, manage day-to-day location performance, resolve member escalations, and represent the location to market and central teams.

Provide Tier 1/2 end-user IT support across multi-site manufacturing: deploy and manage devices, administer Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, handle onboarding/offboarding, troubleshoot network and printer/RF scanner issues, coordinate with MSP and vendors, and maintain IT documentation and baseline security practices.

Partner with leaders and employees to investigate and resolve workplace issues, advise on performance management and policy compliance, develop corrective/preventative plans and training, maintain confidential documentation, and support engagement surveys and HR leadership recommendations to promote a fair, safe, and high-performing work environment.
