Lead marketing, leasing, and occupancy growth for a 55+ apartment community. Responsibilities include prospect outreach, inquiry follow-up, community tours, applications, move-ins, events, partnerships, lead tracking, daily operations, team supervision, and resident engagement. The role focuses on converting qualified interest into leases while creating a welcoming community experience.

Performs accounts payable, bookkeeping, reimbursement, expense, payment, general ledger, month-end, audit support, reporting, and financial analysis activities. Resolves complex AP inquiries and reimbursement exceptions, manages payment approval workflows, conducts transactional quality assurance, and supports Finance operations. Provides guidance to less experienced staff while working accurately under strict deadlines and minimal supervision.

Manage complex aerospace-focused programs across engineering, lab, and supply chain teams. Develop program plans, control material demand, monitor performance, mitigate risks, maintain schedules, report to customers, and ensure contract compliance and on-time delivery.

Partner with project managers to translate legal risk for technical staff and manage contract intake and scheduling.

Lead cross-functional manufacturing projects from planning through execution—manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, vendors, and documentation to deliver facility expansions, equipment installations, new services, and process improvements while keeping stakeholders aligned.

Define and drive the roadmap and requirements for PDQ Connect core features. Conduct customer and market research, write PRDs and user stories, collaborate with design and engineering, manage stakeholders, track product metrics, and improve product processes to deliver customer-facing features.

Coordinates trade show and convention participation, including exhibit design, registration, shipping, setup, staffing, and teardown. Plans customer events such as product launches, receptions, and seminars, managing venues, catering, audiovisual services, vendors, contracts, budgets, and timelines. Develops event promotion through invitations, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials. Requires strong organization, communication, negotiation, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.

Manage accounting, financial tracking, reporting, audits, budgets, revenue contracts, invoicing, and receivables for housing, facilities, and construction projects. Coordinate LIHTC reporting and audit preparation, maintain facility accounting records, review project bids, and collaborate with housing, property management, facilities, project management, and finance teams. May assist with payroll and other accounting duties.

Own digital demand generation across paid media, lifecycle marketing, search, AI-driven discovery, and content programs. Manage campaigns across search, LinkedIn, and industry channels; optimize landing pages, targeting, and conversion; build marketing automation initiatives; and track engagement, conversion, and revenue through performance dashboards. The role partners with Digital Commerce, Technology, and product teams to increase qualified traffic, improve online conversion, and drive digital platform adoption.

Manage community business office operations including accounting/bookkeeping, A/R and collections, payroll reporting, receptionist supervision, resident/family relations, mail and records maintenance, and support for Executive Director and staff accounting to ensure smooth A/P, A/R, and payroll processes.
