Refine prospecting playbooks, qualification standards, onboarding, and operating cadence while improving pipeline generation, conversion, ramp time, productivity, and quota attainment.

Provides strategic consulting and functional support for UKG Pro Workforce Management clients. Leads WFM solution design, configuration, implementation, optimization, roadmaps, and complex initiatives. Manages stakeholders, risks, scope, estimates, forecasting, and client expectations while creating documentation, testing, and training materials. Identifies optimization and growth opportunities, supports account health, mentors consultants, and contributes to practice improvements. This is a fully remote role requiring up to 40% travel.

Manages all financial aspects of a 24/7 manufacturing plant, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, variance and profitability analysis, inventory reporting, expense control, financial compliance, audits, and risk mitigation.
