Own and optimize the MarTech stack and marketing automation to drive lead generation, ABM, email, and paid acquisition. Qualify and respond to inbound restaurant leads, conduct discovery conversations, manage and maintain pipeline in Salesforce, track KPIs, follow up on inactive leads, and provide feedback to improve lead quality and demand generation.

Lead and scale security engineering: define strategy, hire and mentor team, manage IAM, cloud security and multi-tenant data isolation, run detection and incident response, own vulnerability management, support SOC2/PCI compliance, and secure AI systems.
