Lead and oversee third-party voter registration drives in targeted state legislative districts. Own strategic planning for up to two states, manage partner relationships, budgets, invoicing, training, quality control, and performance tracking. Conduct site visits, run partner calls, develop trainings, advise senior staff on strategy and funding, and travel for program oversight (up to 30-40% in election years).
