The Chief Marketing Officer will lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy, brand development, customer insights, demand generation, and patient acquisition. Develops and maintains network models, performs scenario and capacity analyses, evaluates strategic alternatives, and supports investment decisions. Owns accounting operations for a multi-entity fintech, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end close, sales tax compliance, revenue recognition, audit coordination, financial reporting, and process documentation. The role also performs ServiceNow administration and contributes to platform improvements and roadmap initiatives.

Administer and optimize enterprise ServiceNow environments across production, test, and development. Responsibilities include platform configuration, upgrades, patches, monitoring, integrations, scripting, security, access management, incident resolution, documentation, governance, vendor coordination, and technical consulting. The role also develops implementation plans, supports ServiceNow applications, resolves complex issues, and guides platform enhancements aligned with university needs.
