Participate in a 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program to learn transportation logistics, cross-dock operations, leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills. Train under a mentor, interface with support/service centers, accompany account managers and drivers, then relocate for an initial leadership role in operations.

Coordinate emergency roadside assistance through high-volume inbound/outbound customer and service-provider communications, document interactions, troubleshoot breakdowns, escalate complex events, and complete ongoing training to minimize downtime and cost.
