First dedicated Payments PM owning payments end-to-end: optimize authorization/approval and payment success rates, design multiprocessor/acquirer routing and failover, scope retry/recovery and fraud-vs-conversion tradeoffs, translate MoR/compliance into engineering requirements, run instrumentation and experiments, maintain the payments roadmap, and deliver metric-backed improvements to approval and success rates.

Build and lead Digimarc's revenue operations: design and run a 13-week operating cadence, own forecasting and pipeline hygiene, optimize end-to-end funnel, provide revenue analytics, enable outbound motion, lead GTM planning and compensation, establish deal desk and renewals operations, and govern the revenue tech stack (Salesforce/CRM, forecasting, CS platforms). Act as a player-coach to turn data into decisions and scale predictable revenue processes.

Make 100–150 outbound/inbound calls daily to prospective and current customers, explain product/service features, resolve queries and grievances, document interactions in CRM, meet call targets, update customer database, and close sales to earn performance-based incentives.

Lead backend development on a production Symfony stack: maintain and evolve API and domain layers, optimize high-traffic endpoints, implement async processing with RabbitMQ, manage subscription/billing workflows, integrate payment providers and analytics, strengthen API security, improve CI/CD and developer experience, and mentor the engineering team.

Supervise and coordinate an electrical design team developing parametric CAD models and assemblies for HVAC equipment. Review schematics, integrate electrical systems with other disciplines, support prototypes and production launches, mentor designers, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Support engineering analyses including DFMEA/PFMEA, CFD, FEA, and seismic evaluations.

Deliver technical solutions and implement Astronomer products for large customers, guide Apache Airflow adoption, act as the interface between customers, sales, and product, troubleshoot distributed systems, and support cloud-native data architectures while covering EST hours and occasional travel for meetings.
