As an Account Executive, you will drive new business, manage relationships with prospects, and utilize market intelligence to present solutions and close sales.

Manage analytical service operations by overseeing a team, designing software for data mining, developing statistical models, and generating insights for marketing outcomes. Provide training and mentorship to direct reports.

Lead and run copy-first creative across Mangomint and sub-brands: own brand voice, campaign concepts, art direction for video and design, and quality control. Mentor direct reports (Copywriter, Sr. Video Production Manager), direct agency and internal designers, and partner with Creative Ops to manage delivery.

Executes trade show and event programs across multiple brands, including logistics, vendor coordination, lead capture, budgets, collateral, and post-event reporting. Manages organic social media calendars, copy, design, short-form video, community engagement, paid social support, and monthly performance reporting. Also coordinates event email campaigns and sales handoffs. Requires strong organization, writing, project management, graphic design, and budget-reporting skills, with approximately 25% travel.

Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of a full-stack platform and production AI systems (LLM integration, RAG, agentic workflows). Ship user-facing features across frontend, backend, data pipelines, infrastructure, testing, and monitoring. Set technical direction, tooling, and engineering practices while partnering with product and program teams.

Execute trades per firm strategies, monitor crypto markets, analyze charts and indicators, follow market news, apply risk management, record and review performance, use trading platforms, and continuously develop trading skills under mentorship.

Provide remote executive support including calendar and travel management, call/email screening, briefing prep, vendor and project deadline tracking, document preparation, CRM data entry, and ad hoc administrative tasks.

Support daily crypto market operations by monitoring prices, liquidity, and trading activity across spot, futures, and options. Assist with rebalancing across CEX/DEX, track issues for developers, analyze data and charts for signals, ensure trading bots meet risk and performance rules, and coordinate treasury and client reporting.

Supports member services by assisting students and member companies with computer-based training registration, testing, scheduling, and issue resolution. Operates and monitors CBT lab computers, administers student assessments, prints completion cards, prevents cheating, assists instructors, prepares training rooms, troubleshoots basic IT issues, maintains supplies, and performs front-desk and closing duties. Requires dependable communication, professionalism, basic computer skills, English grammar knowledge, and occasional physical activity.

Supports member services by assisting students and member companies with computer-based training registration, testing, scheduling, and card issuance. Monitors and secures the CBT lab, troubleshoots basic IT issues, prepares training rooms, assists instructors, maintains supplies, handles front-desk needs, and cleans work areas. Requires dependable communication, professionalism, basic computer skills, English grammar knowledge, and availability for variable Monday-through-Saturday schedules.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to leaders and employees, supporting workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, policy compliance, compensation actions, HRIS records, engagement, offboarding, and unemployment administration. The role analyzes workforce data, coaches leaders, supports recruiting strategies, collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition, and aligns HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
