The Director of Strategy and Special Projects manages organizational projects, facilitates communication, develops strategic plans, and ensures timely execution of initiatives.

Lead and execute covert red team, adversary emulation, and purple team engagements. Develop custom tradecraft, C2 infrastructure, exploits, and evasion techniques; simulate threat actor TTPs across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Advise clients, produce MITRE-aligned reporting, contribute tooling and research, and present thought leadership to improve detection and response.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs for new product implementation in cable/telecom. Coordinate engineering, operations, product, and executive stakeholders; create integrated plans, executive presentations, risk mitigations, and performance reporting to drive deployments from concept to production.

Provide frontline B2B technical support for a web-based HVAC quoting product: respond to inbound tickets and live chats, troubleshoot and replicate issues, escalate to engineering, maintain documentation, drive product adoption, and help build scalable support workflows and SLAs while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success.

Lead compensation analysis, market pricing, and program administration. Support salary structures, merit cycles, incentives (short- and long-term), and pay equity projects. Partner with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations, improve processes and systems, and deliver communications and training for compensation programs.

Lead the firm's tax function: oversee preparation and review of business and individual tax returns, develop proactive tax strategies, advise clients, establish tax best practices, mentor and manage staff, and help build and scale the tax function.

Manage complex liability claims end-to-end: investigate coverage and liability, set reserves, authorize payments, coordinate litigation and subrogation, prepare reports, and mentor junior staff.

Build and lead a GTM enablement function in a fast-scaling SaaS fintech environment. Define enablement strategy, onboarding, certifications, AI-first learning (AI Role-Play), sales methodology adoption (MEDDPICC), content governance in Seismic, manager enablement, release adoption, and measurement of impact to ramp, win rates, and retention. Hands-on leader who will create programs, embed AI, partner cross-functionally, and grow a team over time.
