Manage audit and attest engagements with minimal supervision, supervise and mentor staff, perform engagement reviews, identify and resolve issues, conduct business-specific research, strengthen client relationships, improve team profitability, and work toward CPA licensure. Lead end-to-end product design for consumer web and native mobile experiences. Define reusable patterns and information architecture, evolve a cross-channel design system, support experimentation and A/B testing, partner closely with engineering to deliver build-ready, accessible, performant experiences, and drive product strategy from early releases to scaled maturity.
