Own end-to-end product design for Built’s platform: conduct user research, create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, collaborate with PMs and engineers, maintain the design system, and mentor junior designers while using data and AI to inform decisions.

Own Salesforce architecture, sales tech stack, quota/territory planning, forecasting, commission design/administration, enablement programs, cross-functional alignment, and reporting to executive leadership.
