Designs, optimizes, and scales business systems and operational processes across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related technologies. Translates stakeholder needs into requirements, process maps, solution designs, data models, integrations, and acceptance criteria. Leads cross-functional systems initiatives, supports release validation and change management, improves data quality and reporting, and establishes governance and documentation standards. Partners with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Product, Engineering, QA, and platform administrators.

Manages claims and litigation activities, including coverage analysis, reserves, liability evaluation, settlements, defense counsel oversight, audits, policies, workflow, reporting, and staff performance. Develops managers and frontline teams while building AI-first automation across Shopify, Gorgias, Yuma, and related tools to scale service efficiently without sacrificing customer experience.

Manage grant opportunities, funding pipelines, reporting calendars, proposals, compliance, deliverables, and funder relationships. Maintain HubSpot CRM records, coordinate program data and budgets, prepare reports, support fundraising initiatives, and represent the organization in meetings and trainings. The role requires strong writing, organization, project management, nonprofit development experience, and approximately 40% travel.

Build and maintain relationships with local governments, public agencies, utilities, community groups, and residents to support fiber network expansion. Resolve permitting, right-of-way, pole attachment, construction, and community issues across jurisdictions. Interpret municipal codes, agreements, and construction standards; advise internal teams; coordinate stakeholders; track complaints and project support performance; and represent Ziply Fiber at public meetings. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, project coordination, and local travel during construction periods.

Manage hourly L1 and L2 support agents, including performance, development, retention, scheduling, and staffing. Own daily queue health, support tooling, SLA performance, shift coverage, operational reporting, and Level 3 escalations. Use support economics and operational data to improve customer experience, reduce churn, and coordinate issues with product, fulfillment, and risk teams.

Leads revenue operations and strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Owns HubSpot architecture, administration, automation, reporting, and data quality; manages the broader revenue technology stack; deploys AI for forecasting and lead scoring; develops revenue forecasts, dashboards, and predictive analytics; optimizes lead-to-cash workflows and deal desk operations; and establishes planning, pipeline review, and cross-functional operating processes.

Provide advanced technical support for enterprise database customers by diagnosing complex SingleStore, SQL, Linux, and infrastructure issues. Reproduce bugs, perform QA, submit engineering reports, resolve outages, collaborate with developers and technical teams, improve support processes, and create documentation. The role requires customer-facing communication, database optimization, scripting, distributed systems knowledge, and familiarity with cloud platforms and Kubernetes.
