Manage FP&A services for Ukrainian startup customers, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, financial modeling, cash-gap prevention, cost optimization, and strategic recommendations. Build financial systems with R&D teams, analyze business metrics and multiple data sources, review accounting outputs, and communicate directly with founders and CFOs.
