Serves as escalation authority with Engineering VPs, leads a multi-Director manager-of-managers organization, manages vendor relationships and a multi-million-dollar engineering budget, oversees Program Increment planning and delivery governance across hundreds of epics and thousands of features.

Serve as final escalation for complex, visible client technical issues; provide advanced troubleshooting for data-driven applications, databases, APIs, Java, Linux, and networking. Liaise with customers and internal teams during implementations, mentor junior staff, maintain shared environments, create knowledge-base documentation, and participate in on-call rotation.

Design and implement control-plane services, CSI drivers, and tooling to provision and operate high-performance storage for Kubernetes AI/GPU workloads. Build observability, data-path, and automation (Terraform/OpenTofu, GitOps) for hybrid, bare-metal, and air-gapped deployments. Integrate enterprise and scale-out storage platforms and ensure secure, declarative provisioning across clusters.
