Develop territory strategies, cultivate senior relationships, lead complex healthcare sales cycles, create account-specific partnership proposals, negotiate toward signed agreements, and support successful launches. Maintain CRM forecasts and account plans, represent Luminate at industry events, provide market intelligence, and consistently deliver patient and revenue growth targets.

Support OCIO trading operations including trade communication, cash and positions reconciliations, trade acknowledgement and settlement for mutual funds, ETFs, commingled funds, hedge funds, private equity and SMAs. Monitor capital calls/distributions, prepare transaction forms, estimate valuations/proxy pricing for alternatives, maintain documentation, and drive process improvements. Interface with asset managers, custodians, fund administrators, and internal teams, and assist on special projects to improve operational efficiency.

Generate annual recurring revenue by managing enterprise named accounts across North America. Build pipeline with Sales Development and Marketing, lead complex multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles, develop business cases and value assessments, and close enterprise deals. The role requires expertise in compensation, pay equity, transparency, and performance management solutions, plus the ability to engage senior and C-level stakeholders, represent the company at industry events, and use CRM tools effectively.

Develop production-grade backend software using Java or Python, with working knowledge of Golang. Build cloud-native microservices, REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and event-driven systems. Design scalable, highly available solutions and containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. Implement CI/CD automation, testing, observability, performance tuning, and quality controls. Troubleshoot Linux environments, databases, and distributed systems. Telecommunications experience and familiarity with TM Forum Open APIs are desirable.
