Lead commercial construction projects including team leadership, scheduling, budgeting, change management, subcontractor coordination, safety oversight, client relations, bidding/estimate support, and project documentation from planning through warranty.

Sell new and used RVs to meet dealership profit, volume, and customer-satisfaction targets. Qualify customer needs, demonstrate RV features and operation, explain warranties and paperwork, prospect and follow up with customers, maintain product knowledge, and meet personal income and dealership quota goals.

Manage daily HR operations and a team of HR admins/coordinators. Lead employee relations, investigations, recruitment, payroll, workers' compensation, compliance, performance management, training, HRIS data, reporting, and strategic HR initiatives. Spanish proficiency required.
