Maintain rental pipeline and CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, convert rental clients into sponsors/donors, and report on revenue and market trends to meet organizational targets.

Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, handle phone and email inquiries, manage mail and supplies, support calendar and travel logistics (SAP Concur), assist local/global teams and executives with scheduling, meeting setup, and administrative projects, and support HR and Facilities for events and outreach.

Build and maintain automation and API integration solutions using Node.js and TypeScript. Reverse-engineer web APIs, handle bot-detection mitigation, implement scalable data extraction, own SDLC including QA and deployments, and collaborate with teams to deliver production-ready features.
