Analyze human movement, injury mechanisms, forces, and medical records; perform static and dynamic testing; prepare scientific reports; provide deposition and trial testimony; and deliver technical presentations to clients and conferences.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles: source, screen, interview, present candidates, coordinate interviews and pre-employment checks, extend offers, support onboarding, maintain ATS records, build talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, and improve hiring processes while partnering with hiring managers.

Conduct new-hire orientations, provide professional assistance to employees, represent the company positively, and help new hires complete paperwork. Supports day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll administration, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Prepares journal entries, reconciles balance sheet accounts, processes vendor invoices and payments, manages 1099 reporting, administers biweekly ADP payroll, and resolves accounting and payroll discrepancies. Partners with Finance and People Operations to maintain accurate financial and employee data.

Perform general ledger maintenance, monthly reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close support, audit coordination, and prepare financial reporting while ensuring GAAP compliance and confidentiality. Assist auditors, produce ad hoc reports, recommend process improvements, and use accounting software to document billing/accounting data.

Leads daily accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, month-end and year-end close, budgeting support, and accounting team development. Drives process improvement, workflow automation, technology implementation, and operational efficiency while partnering with the CFO on financial insights and strategic planning. Oversees general ledger, payables, billing, cash management, fixed assets, reconciliations, compliance, and accounting personnel activities.

Supports group sales through tour coordination, client communication, contracts, invoicing, database and report management, scheduling, customer service, and tourism partnerships. Coordinates specialty experiences, develops group programs, facilitates tours, represents the museum at industry events and conventions, and helps expand the customer base. Requires flexible scheduling, including additional hours during major Derby-related events and other peak periods.
