Lead RFQ/RFP and proposal operations from strategy through submission; develop and execute company-wide marketing strategy; maintain brand standards, website content, and digital presence; run campaigns, PR, award submissions, and vendor relationships; coordinate cross-functional contributors and track marketing and proposal performance to recommend improvements.

Monitor performance, resolve connectivity issues, participate in on-call rotation, collaborate with campus teams and vendors, and contribute to automation and cybersecurity initiatives.

Serve as strategic HR leader partnering with campus leadership to design workforce strategy, optimize compensation/benefits, manage talent lifecycle, improve HR service delivery, leverage Workday analytics, ensure compliance, and lead a small HR team.

Lead financial planning, grants management, budgeting, and reporting for NDWA's 501(c)(3). Deliver forecasts, variance analyses, multi-year models, ensure GAAP compliance, support audits, supervise finance staff, and coordinate finances with related 501(c)(4)/PAC entities.

Lead online and offline marketing for CA and TX training programs: develop campaigns (email, social, PPC, SMS), manage a marketing team and partners, oversee website/UI/UX improvements, track KPIs/ROAS and budgets, maintain marketing calendars and reputation management, and produce print/merchandise. Reports to COO.

Manage and grow rental customer relationships through cold calling, prospecting, quoting, and closing rental machine sales. Maintain CRM account data, respond to inbound calls, apply promotions, generate leads, and promote positive customer experiences while meeting daily contact targets.
