Identify and research target accounts, conduct outbound and inbound prospecting, qualify leads using BANT, book discovery calls and demos, and create sales pipeline for Account Executives. Develop and support a business-critical OutSystems 11 application, owning technical design, enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintainability improvements. Optimize SQL Server queries, support production issues, conduct code and design reviews, mentor developers, and collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders on requirements and roadmaps. The role also establishes engineering standards, documentation, release discipline, and scalable practices for long-term application health.
