Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development. Source candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals), partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding, track recruiting metrics, and support employer branding, referral programs, and DEI initiatives to improve hiring processes and candidate experience.
