The role requires experience with capital equipment or complex technical solutions, strong commercial judgment, stakeholder communication, and adaptability. Travel up to 50% is required, primarily domestic with occasional international travel.

Provide comprehensive executive and management support, including calendar and travel coordination, meeting preparation, follow-up tracking, correspondence, presentations, event planning, expense reporting, licensing, office coordination, and process improvement. The role requires confidentiality, strong organization, proactive communication, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting the President and broader management team.

Manage a portfolio of middle-market commercial insurance accounts, serving as the primary client contact and partnering with Producers and carriers. Responsibilities include renewals, submissions, quote and policy review, proposals, claims support, coverage analysis, identifying account opportunities, negotiating with carriers, maintaining documentation, and advising clients on insurance needs. The role also involves sharing expertise with teammates and pursuing ongoing insurance education.

Provide paralegal support to General Counsel and attorneys: manage open records requests, assist litigation (draft documents, calendar deadlines, oversee discovery), perform legal research and filings, schedule depositions, maintain case files, liaise with internal departments and external contacts, and prepare trial/hearing materials.

Ensure quality of rigid plastic container production by analyzing SPC data, verifying process and product conformance, initiating corrective actions, leading root-cause investigations, training associates, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining customer relationships through facility health-check meetings.
