Perform daily bank activity recording, deposits, vendor invoice processing, check runs, and monthly bank reconciliations. Prepare financial data for operational reports. Provide executive-level administrative support to the CTO and manage day-to-day operations of the Chicago office. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting logistics, office facilities and vendor coordination, onboarding support, expense reporting via Concur, and creating/editing presentations and correspondence using Microsoft Office and AI tools.

Provide hands-on IT support: install and maintain PCs, networking equipment, printers, servers and backups; support telecommunication devices; maintain conveyor labeling systems and Accu-Sort scanners; manage building security systems (cameras, DVRs, badge system); assist with special events and facilities troubleshooting.

Support Operations by developing reports and dashboards, performing data analysis to identify trends and inefficiencies, and automating recurring reporting. Assist with system configuration and provide frontline system support. Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse to optimize inventory control, KPIs, and spend reporting under senior mentorship.

Support project planning and scoping for county capital projects, procurements, and contracts. Draft scopes, specifications, and procurement documents; solicit and evaluate bids; track contracts, assets, invoices, and project information in document management systems; coordinate with stakeholders and improve records/processes to support project execution.

Serve as chief legal advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. Build and lead a small legal team, negotiate and draft complex commercial, vendor, healthcare, and partnership agreements, manage corporate governance, litigation, and regulatory compliance (privacy, healthcare, AI). Lead M&A and financings, oversee IP strategy, and partner across Product, Engineering, Security, Clinical, Sales, and Finance to enable growth.

Work with customers to assess needs, solicit and close orders, provide product and technical information, qualify leads, manage accounts, and deliver excellent bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service.
