Lead development, implementation, and optimization of process control strategies for a renewable SAF plant. Support control system hardware/software, commissioning, troubleshooting, PSM/MOC/RCA activities, and mentor junior staff while ensuring safe, reliable 24x7 operations.

Lead technical onboarding, run QBRs and executive reviews, build account and success plans, drive net dollar retention and expansion, collaborate with AEs, SEs, Product and Engineering, and track account health and renewal forecasts in the CRM.

Research, draft, edit, and validate practitioner-facing US federal tax articles using AI tools. Ensure accuracy and currency, collaborate with data scientists, and align content with tax firm workflows and customer needs while helping build the content function.

Handle high-volume inbound calls, texts, and voicemails to assess client needs, explain Medicaid and onboarding processes, document interactions, drive clients to next steps, escalate issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, compliance, or operational questions.

Provide technical support across senior care facilities: troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, configure devices, manage user accounts, perform backups, maintain documentation, and assist with network/server maintenance.
