Proctor tests in middle and upper school testing centers, manage testing materials, supervise students, enforce testing policies, troubleshoot basic hardware/online platforms, report issues, take attendance, and occasionally support office duties and safety procedures.

Travel and field presence required; may oversee custom-division sales.

Drive occupancy and revenue for assigned senior living communities by directly selling, coaching sales teams, generating leads, analyzing market trends, managing sales data and budgets, and delivering regular sales and marketing reports.

Develop and edit compliant, compelling government proposal content (RFI/RFP, multi-award vehicles, past performance) by converting SME input into clear, win-focused narratives; ensure compliance with RFP Sections C/L/M, manage page limits, validate graphics, perform version control, and participate in reviews and client meetings.
